Honestly I hardly ever leave reviews, but on a service that is as expensive as this I wanted people to know exactly what they were going to get. Half of my tree came down during a storm and fell into the neighbor's yard. The neighbors hired Reach to take care of that portion and they did a great job and hauled it away the very next day. I received 2 additional quotes the same day that were comparable and decided to go with Reach and signed their quote the same day they did the first service. Did not use their service, but my neighbor did. They look it upon themselves to move fixtures in yard, drop trees into it, and drive machines through it without asking permission. None of this was put back, just left a mess. On top of that, this work lead to them accidently cutting my dogs invisible fence and then not returning my call about how to rectify.
I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with the Reach team made me want to share. I had a large 60+ ft oak removed from a corner of my property next to a K–5 school, with the work taking place during a school day. We were lucky to find Reach Tree Service! We were referred by another service and we cannot say enough about how great they were to work with on this job. They were professional, timely, and listened to our requests. They took care with our property. We strongly recommend Sean and his company, Cody who was the crew leader on site. We had a very large cotton wood taken down. The clean up was perfect and everything was done within four hours. Thanks again Sean and Cody!! Perfect job!!
