This is my favourite place to get tires in the Okanagan valley. I make the drive all the way from kelowna airport area because the people and service here is amazing. Everyone goes above and beyond. I appreciate the extra effort.
Needed to replace a stem on my 5th wheel with no time for appointment. Got it done in very reasonable amount of time and no overcharges even though they knew I was stressing out over this. A decent place to take your buiseness to as far as I am concerned.
Went there for a water pump price and service was decent . HOWEVER recommended ball joints and complete rack and pinion 2900 bucks on a car that has 134000 kilometers ? And is 2005 Toyota Camry! Went to another place that tested ball joints etc , ball joints are fine and I have a small tear in boot of rack and pinion 150 buck fix !! Beware !
Excellent honest mechanic shop if you're ever in need of one that's available! Reach Tire & Auto isn’t just a mechanic shop—it’s basically a hospital for cars. The staff here are all smart, skilled, and probably futuristic doctors in training for when ECUs and AI make vehicles conscious. Until then, they’ll keep our ride running smoother than anywhere else on the west side! (of Kelowna)! Civic 4 live! 🤟🤟
So pleased with this place! We were on a road trip from the US and our brakes went out. Reach fixed everything the same day, in just a couple of hours, for a reasonable price. Saved our vacation!
