The most courteous and non bs service around. Told me exactly what needs the work and what can wait. No pressure to do things right now and was given a proper tour of what they intend on fixing with even an overview of what to expect for time and cost. Amazing.
I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I left my car with them for what should have been a simple job a hole in the gas tank that could either be repaired or replaced. Instead of a quick fix, my car stayed in their garage for 10 full days. Throughout those 10 days, I was repeatedly given excuses and conflicting information. They kept telling me they couldn’t find a replacement tank, and every time I asked for an update, the story changed. New to Vernon trying to find a repair shop to be comfortable with. Reviews are great. Called twice. Got voice mail twice. Never got a call back for either attempt. Disappointing as the location is great.
Jason and the team at Consumed are amazing. They always demonstrate exemplary customer service while getting things done in a timely manner. Cannot recommend a business more.
