Fantastic service. My heater in VW wasn't working. Dealership quoted $3400 to fix, weak water pump, leaking coolant, might as well do intake cleaning while fixing (seriously?). I didn't agree with that as hot water wasn't even making it to the heater core. Took it to Consumed and explained the symptoms. Turned out to be a valve near engine ($40 Amazon part). The repair with coolant flush was a fraction of the cost. I take all my repairs to them now!
Jason and his team of amazing mechanics work their magic on my vehicle and had me back up and running in no time
I sadly discovered a screw in my tire while I had my little one in tow with me. Stopped in at Consumed Auto where I was promptly greeted by Jason, who came out and looked and offered to take my vehicle in for repair right away on a Friday afternoon. They had me in-and-out like a trout in 30 minutes and the price was right. Thanks so much Jason and team. Glad I don’t need new tires just yet, but will be back!
We are extremely happy with Jason and his team. I have a small business and these guy take good care of all my vehicles. His staff are always happy and that is a sign of a good working environment. Never felt like they are trying to upsell or over charge me , just good service for a fair price .
