very good people; they take the confusion and complications away, that scripts can sometime generate with long names and weird pronunciations!
I've been there a few times and I am never disappointed. Staff there are amazing. I definitely recommend them.
computer system is broken every day so you can’t get refills without multiple visits and if you are trans they will misgender you no matter what you or your updated ID says. used to be good but new management ruined it. you should take down all the signs about gender affirmation if you don’t actually do it! edit: don’t bother coming for an emergency refill, they’ll tell you to enjoy cold turkey detox from mental health meds because they don’t want to bother checking with the clinic downstairs. laziest people in medicine!!
Sept 2025 - Please commend Melodie, Afshin, and the entire pharmacy team for the patient- centered and non-judgmental care observed each time we have been in the waiting room at the UPCC. What an amazing team of professionals. Your service is appreciated. Thank you for all that you do. December 9, 2020- again only waited 5 mins for meds after seeing doctor.
