They were closed an hour earlier than they supposed to be based on the hours on their website. I called 4 times in one day, got no answer and was left without the insulin i need for the night because of their negligence. I am transferring all my prescriptions to a proper pharmacy and will never use them again.
The staff here seem to genuinely care about their patients.
very good people; they take the confusion and complications away, that scripts can sometime generate with long names and weird pronunciations!
I've been there a few times and I am never disappointed. Staff there are amazing. I definitely recommend them.
computer system is broken every day so you can’t get refills without multiple visits and if you are trans they will misgender you no matter what you or your updated ID says. used to be good but new management ruined it. you should take down all the signs about gender affirmation if you don’t actually do it! edit: don’t bother coming for an emergency refill, they’ll tell you to enjoy cold turkey detox from mental health meds because they don’t want to bother checking with the clinic downstairs. laziest people in medicine!!
