Had child measured for SMOs around Dec 18. I called and left VM about 6 weeks after to got no return call. Here we are in March now still no contact. They had recently reached out to doctor for more documentation and I’m like forget it. Got in fast but never actually got the product.
I highly recommend Matt, he is very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. I have had so many issues with my leg before going to matt and he has been so patient and helping me be able to live a "normal" life. I've been to a couple prosthetic doctors trying to get someone to listen and help me and I have finally found my permanent one!!!
