REACH and their wonderful staff are literally lifesavers and life changers! Their implementation of an empathetic harm reduction approach to chemical dependency is a breath of fresh air in a world where addiction is stigmatized and often does not provide the individualized types of care those dealing with a substance use disorder need in order to find recovery. I absolutely recommend them, and I encourage other addiction programs to follow their lead.
i was a heroin/cocaine addict and i had been trying to get away from heroin for months, but i could only get to day two with withdrawls before i would have to use to feel better. when i heard about reach i immediatly called them and said please help me, if u dont im going to end up dead. they immediatly told me to get to reach as soon as possible and when i got there they were super welcoming and as soon as i left the building i went to the pharmacy picked up the meds my doctor perscribed me and i have been sober ever since!... read more
