Aleyda Sedlacek has truly been a blessing in my life. Ever since I was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease, Aleyda has been a pillar of strength and support. She always answers all my questions and listens to me with so much patience and kindness. Navigating this journey with ESRD has been challenging but Aleyda’s guidance and support has made a world of difference. I am so grateful for the care and kindness she has shown me.
Aleyda Sedlacek has been my nurse for more than 15 years. She has literally saved my life on more than one occasion. My wife and I consider her family! She is a caring compassionate, highly intelligent nurse. If I could give more stars I would. For patients transitioning from kidney transplants to dialysis she is the nurse you want!!! I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Aleyda Sedlacek. She supported us every step of the way—helping us work to avoid progressing to Stage 5, and then guiding us through the transition to dialysis when it became necessary. She has been the one steady force keeping me sane during this incredibly difficult time. From coordinating the scheduling for his fistula to working closely with us on his kidney function, she has gone above and beyond. A huge thank you to her for everything she has done for our family.
Kelly Trent and I have been working together for over three years. She has coached me through the transition into dialysis. My kidney disease digressed slowly. She helped me with her foresite.
