My initial contact with Reach Home Loans was awesome. I was told that we would have approval within 48 hour hours if we provided documentation quickly, which we did. Our initial request for documents began on April 14th but we were not funded until May 18th. It was constant emails wanting more and more information, documents, signatures, changes, etc. My husband is excellent with records and every request was answered in a most timely fashion but the process kept dragging on.
