Such a great society of women! I'm a client myself and I have gone through three OTs in this building but all the ladies I have worked with are so gentle and kind The only thing I have to say is that the big rooms seem to be very noisy when I go in them last time I went it was very very noisy with a little kid have a tantrum but it wouldn't have bothered me if I hadn't have had sensitive hearing, if any of the staff is reading this, can someone get new nails into the posts on the stairs some are missing nails making it very ... read more
I can’t sing the praises of our therapists at Reach loud enough. Sara (OT) and Rachel (SLP) have been true godsends to our family. As an educator myself, I recognize the importance, above all else, of building connections with each child, and these women go above and beyond to do just that. Ms. Rachel has without a doubt been a blessing in disguise to our family but most importantly our son Brock. Our son Brock was diagnosed with Apraxia of speech at the age of 3. He received speech therapy from Ms. Rachel over the last 3 1/2 years. Ms. Rachel celebrated every milestone Brock made, provided us with endless tools and support on how to help Brock. Our family loves Reach. My son has had multiple Speech and OT since 2023. When we moved, even therapists we hadn't worked with kindly wished us well and remembered us. It seems like such a tight knit group of workers supporting each other and the families they care for. Specifically, we worked with Ms Rachel, Ms. Candyce, Ms. Emily, and Ms Ashleigh. All of whom did wonders for our family and will be gravely missed. I can't recommend Reach for the Top's services enough.
A very disturbing and creepy experience with the "Executive Director" Amy. Sanctimonious, pompous, immature/petty, and classless. My family and I are happy to move on from this circus and the clown that runs it. Our issues began with their lack of accountability in handling billing. They failed to provide us with up to date invoices and did not process our payments, which they had authorization to charge our card on file, subjecting us to an aggressive and unjust collection process far more extreme than a debt collection age... read more
