This is a great gym if you know how to do your own thing with crossfit related equipment. Sadly, it is an old building and people upstairs keep dropping their weights ignoring all the signs telling them not to do it, the reason this review is low is because this is not enforced proactively and i'm afraid the roof will come down while working out in the basement. Tech bros really need to be told or else they'll literally bring the roof down

I really want to like this gym, but the building quality leaves much to be desired. I hadn’t been in a while, then I remembered why I stopped going. Every time I leave I end up feeling very sick. I’m almost positive there is a ton of mold in the building. It probably isn’t safe to spend more than 15-30 minutes at a time here. I definitely wouldn’t recommend doing any kind of cardio here.

Great gym for the price! I've been a basic member for around 4-5 months and couldn't be happier. You get a keychain for 24 hour access. Equipment is always available, even during typically busy times. It's never crowded and I can always do my workout quickly and efficiently. The other members are polite and conscientious. I’ve been a member here for years. I want to like this gym so badly, but the equipment and the building itself are visibly falling apart in real time. There have been multiple ceiling cave-ins during my time here and there are posted signs to not drop the weights—not because of the noise, but so it doesn’t cause the floor to collapse.
