I paid good money expecting a professional cleaning. Instead, I got two guys with minimal tools, who were more interested in chatting on their phones than working. The vents still had visible dust when they left.
Paul and Aaron were great. Friendly, professional, and informative. The before and after photos speak for themselves! We just purchased our home and it looks like the vents hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, if ever! Great as we have a family member with asthma and this such a big difference!
I'm leaving a 5 star review not only because he did a great job, but I had an issue where the AC was coincidentally not working shortly after the cleaning. Initially trying to figure out what went wrong, all signs were pointing that I should speak with the the duct cleaning people as they could have accidentally done something with the AC unit according to 2 different electricians. I quickly learned it was not their fault (pin size hole in water pipe leaking to the control unit outside was the culprit) but they were willing ... read more
