Shout out to the REACH staff! I come here like once a year for strep when I'm feeling at my wit's end and am always cared for so well and see them treating other patients with dignity and patience. I have a family NP but can never get an appointment for time sensitive care like strep throat so am so grateful to have this place around for the community. One of the few places I feel my symptoms are taken seriously.
Going here has been great, the staff are attentive and care for the patients. Being forced to visit Lifelabs and having awful experiences there, made me realise how excellent this clinic performs in healthcare and how much pride they take in the duties they perform.
Everything is wonderful about this place. They truly care and the pharmacy is so patient with all my problems lol.
