Had bad experience, paid 70 dollars checked me, they didn’t know what it was, took my sample for the test, they said they will call the next day if I have positive results and if negative then I won’t get a call. But as I was worried about what my infection is I called them after 4days and yet they still haven’t received the results, nor positive nor negative, leaving me blank. Nor they prescribe any medication. Now I’m never going to pay more than 20 dollars
What a terrible experience at this facility. I took my 4 year old son in as he’s been dealing with flu symptoms that has worked into his respiratory. Given he has asthma and had a bad case of pneumonia in the past we wanted to be precautionary. We got there just before opening and waited in line outside but after spending 2 hours in the waiting room without even seeing a nurse to check his vitals, we left. Your center is a complete mess. I stood in line for 30 minutes because you couldn’t be bothered to put up a single sign showing where people with appointments should go. Only after wasting half an hour did an employee finally tell me I didn’t need to wait. How hard is it to put up a clear sign? This kind of disorganization is ridiculous and shows zero respect for people’s time. Get it together.
Extremely long wait times, but honestly, Alex made it worth it. The whole staff here is amazing—so helpful and kind, even when it’s super busy. Both of the Alex’s are genuinely great: they’re helpful, open-minded, and really know what they’re doing. I felt heard and taken care of during a stressful time, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for them. Thank you for making a hard day easier.
