My son is special needs(ASD) and I joined Reach to fulfill his passion for climbing. At some point w out my knowledge they opened a separate account under his name, and when we moved and I canceled my membership, they continued to charge me under his name. When I realized their error, they refunded only half of what they had charged me and ignored my further request to re evaluate. If I had made a mistake, I'd be thrilled w the half refund, but in this instance, I did what was expected and cancelled when we moved, they faile... read more
