Our experience with Reach has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. For 10 months, the clinic failed to properly bill my son’s account because they lost part of the insurance information I had provided at the very start of services. I gave them the documentation they requested, trusted they would handle billing correctly, and assumed everything was in order.
