Guy communicated very well and we felt comfortable that we understood what we were buying, and the impact the batteries would have on our electricity bills. The installation was fast and efficient. Hi I was very satisfied with the services and the product provided by REA. They have the safest solution on the market (my opinion) in that they directly address the issues of high DC voltages in the solar cell circuit and the battery circuits, and provide the ability to isolate the solar cells directly from the board.
