I consulted REA Solar regarding a battery installation as they installed our solar panels 12 years ago. Guy was very patient with answering all my questions and offered several options to minimise the outlay. With the introduction of the federal government’s battery rebate program I bit the bullet and decided on 10 extra panels and a 40kWh battery system. This is my second REA installation experience. I thought the first installation was on point, however REA have raised the experience to a new level. Going solar is scary for a new customer however all was explained. Any Issues addressed. Installer's were fast but skilled, a pre start conversation with the team leader addressed all my queries & provided additional detail on something I'd not considered. Give them a try & you'll be impressed also.
From first correspondence with Guy. I knew that I was going to be taken great care of. He was very informative and answered all my questions. Nick and Tee were our installers. They were very focused on the job and very respectful. They kept us informed on their progress and I couldn’t be happier that I chose REA. Thank you team for the great product and service.
We got a 40kw battery system installed with REA. Very happy with the whole process, from the first phone call with Guy who stepped us through the process, and an easy install. Shoutout to the great installers as well. The REA app is great and we recently joined up with Amber. Happy customer.
