Hi I was very satisfied with the services and the product provided by REA. They have the safest solution on the market (my opinion) in that they directly address the issues of high DC voltages in the solar cell circuit and the battery circuits, and provide the ability to isolate the solar cells directly from the board. Our experience with REA has been very good. Guy communicated very well and we felt comfortable that we understood what we were buying, and the impact the batteries would have on our electricity bills. The installation was fast and efficient. REA have just installed a Fox ESS 42 kw battery system at our house. We already had an existing 11.4 kw solar system and we wanted to get the most out of the solar power it generated. We also had REA install a 15 kw 3 phase inverter to take full advantage of the large amount of battery storage.
