Pricing is becoming overly agressive. On top of this, I made a minor request for leniency to our account manager on behalf of a client who already paid for full marketing with a previous agent and it was met with a “you don’t need to use our service if you cannot afford it” attitude. No leniency or empathy this (once loved) has just become a money hungry cash grab website/group. No hate intended just honest raw feedback from a simple man who will speak his mind.
