My daughter is in need of a counselor with experience in working with teens at high risk levels. She had a good counselor when she first started there. We were initially pleased. Unfortunately, the staff is almost never present. I do mean this literally. I never was greeted by a receptionist, there was no one aside from my daughter's therapist, Arielle, whom we liked very much.
