The only thing good there is Dr.Smith cares
Tamara is a fantastic provider! If you need care she takes the time to not only talk to you about any health questions you might have but she also talks to you about life in general. The best part is she prays with me after each visit! Never had a provider be so caring!! Highly recommend if you need a PCP.
During my son's appointment yesterday, the provider's approach created unnecessary tension. Instead of politely asking him to put his phone away so the appointment could begin, she immediately told him that if he didn't put it away, the appointment would be canceled. While I understand that phones can be distracting and that providers have expectations during appointments, the way it was communicated came across as abrupt and confrontational.
