I haven’t been with this practice very long but they did a MRI of my low lumbar region and called to tell me I have (severe) lumbar spinal stenosis. This call was on 06-13-2025 well it is now the 17th. When you have severe pain it doesn’t just turn itself on and off like a light switch. Up until this week, I've had nothing but positive things to say about this practice and the practioners. This week I received a call from one of the nurses stating my provider is stopping my pain medicine and I should take Tylenol. I absolutely understand and agree with the reason for stopping the pain medicine. My issue is, not one person ever asked me if I've tried OTC meds.
