We've been clients for more than 2 years and we absolutely love this place , my son has OT therapy, speech and ABA and he has made an amazing progress, the staff is so friendly and helpful and the place is really cool, we definitely recommend this place.
My daughter goes to OT and mental health here. The therapists are amazing and have helped her and us so much over the time we have been here and she looks forward to going every week.
They have been great to work with and my kiddo enjoys coming!
I’ve had 3 of my 4 kids go to speech and ot here and it has been fantastic! Jackie goes out of her way to learn new methods to help with my kiddos severe speech disorder. Bailey has been good at communicating and adapting to concerns that I’ve brought up. The waiting room is set up well for waiting with a toddler during the therapy appointment as we live too far away to go back home.
I agree with the review that felt they only care about money and feel their billing practices are misleading. I purposely called ahead to make sure my insurance covered speech therapy. I was told it did. It wasn’t until AFTER the evaluation that I was sent a bill of almost $300 and told my insurance actually doesn’t cover speech therapy. Their response to me saying I can’t pay for this unplanned bill is to sign up for a payment plan.
