We had been going to whole child for a couple of years. I really appreciate their OT program, Brittany in mental health, and Speech programs. I also loved their ABA program for a long time for my autistic children but as soon as Tiffany came in as the head of the program things got tense. Reasons for 1 star: Don’t answers phones, constantly have to leave messages and it takes days for someone to call back Not flexible in their policies Quick response on issues with bill, but not for other issues Charged 5 months later for a cancellation fee after stopping services (more details below) Besides terrible office staff and processes the therapy our son received was great. Hands down, the best place to take your child. We looked at 5 other options prior to finding this place. All 5 of the other therapy & pre-school businesses don’t even come close to W.C.T.! My kiddo has made SIGNIFICANT life skill gains here. He is learning, growing & expanding @ a much quicker pace thanks to you.
