Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Talked to them a month ago to try and get pricing and said they would be happy to, than continued to ignore all phone calls and texts and never reply when trying to get update from them. Finally got a pricing sheet from for what I'm wanting and have tried to call and get product paid for and shipped and now there back to not answering phone calls or returning my call.
I've been waiting here for 1 hour for loading to start, and now it takes them 10 minutes to load 1 pallet, I hope to leave in 2 hours
