The actual facilities are good, like I enjoyed the warm water pool while I was a member for ~1.5 years and the locker rooms are great. But quite a few members and I told staff over and over to clean the bottom of the warm water pool more than once a week and nothing seemed to change...it got pretty gross with hair, bandaids, and dirt/silt throughout the week. They're in the middle of a multi-year development plan to add more amenities, but I think they need to do a LOT of work on their current facilities regarding maintenanc... read more
Great but needs a rock wall
I am not a member and will never be a member. I didn't care for the lack of customer service. My wife, daughter, and I were there to attend a birthday party. The women at the counter could care less to locate it and had the attitude of "piss off since you are not members!"
