Worst communication from a Title agent I've encountered. Lowball price on the sale of my condo worth $200k with an offer of a mere $105k. He had one of his henchman look at my property and offered me $130k as a cash buyer. However during a 3 way call with one of his henchman who disappeared off the radar he said he would only take the deal and purchase it for $105k.
