Worst communication from a Title agent I've encountered. Lowball price on the sale of my condo worth $200k with an offer of a mere $105k. He had one of his henchman look at my property and offered me $130k as a cash buyer. However during a 3 way call with one of his henchman who disappeared off the radar he said he would only take the deal and purchase it for $105k. Let me start off by saying that I’ve NEVER had an Escrow Officer reach out to me during a transaction! This is the very first time I had direct contact with the Escrow Officer, Elida! Absolutely terrible experience with Re-source title agency. From start to finish, the lack of communication was beyond frustrating. I constantly had to follow up just to get basic questions answered. Emails went unanswered. Maybe they just don't know the answer. Customer service was practically nonexistent. No one seemed to care about my concerns or take any accountability for the delays and confusion. I felt completely in the dark throughout the process.
