I had a wonderful experience with Antonio from RE Savvy. After a bad experience with a broker from a different company, my roommate and I explained everything we wanted and the issues we had run into with our last broker, and Antonio put us at ease. He was responsive, helpful, and was a great advocate for us. He found us a property we love, stayed with us to help fill out the application, and followed up afterwards with the property management company. I will definitely use RE Savvy in my next apartment search!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I e-mailed about a unit I saw on Craigslist, and they bait and switched me by sending me a totally unrelated unit in a completely different part of town. However, it was for a unit in my neighborhood that looked nice and met my criteria so I was still interested. Called for one specific unit that had been listed online, explaining that if we were to be shown other units as well that we were only looking for a very specific area to live in. Arrived, waited twenty minutes only to be told that the apartment we received a confirmation call to view the night prior had been rented already, and that they had no listings in the area we specified on the phone. Very blasé about telling us this information after we arrived in person as well. Very unprofessional, do not recommend.
