I have come here for almost 5 years and been a very loyal customer using the salon and other services .. today however I was given the worst customer service experience.. when I called the salon to let them know I was running 10 min late due to the fact that my car is in the shop and i was relying on Lyft I was told that was ok .. I was unfortunately called just as the Lyft driver was pulling up that they could not see me and despite me being willing to reduce the amount of services thereby decreasing the time it would take ... read more

-The staff is friendly and very helpful. -Their hairstylists are very diverse and do all types of hairstyles and textures. -I follow them on Instagram and see they are constantly training their staff on new products and techniques. I love this salon and spa. One stop for my hair appointment, my facial and more! The prices are great! Amazing service. My technician always takes the time to listen to me and delivers the best results of any previous place I’ve ever been to in Charlotte!!

I visited this place to apply the botox, I spoke clearly with the doctor, I told her that I wanted to eliminate the marks from the eyes and in front of her she told me that it would be like that, with the amount of botoxapplied in each area, the doctor told me the cost from work and I accepted, I waited a week the time she said to wait to see results and it was not much difference, then fifteen days later I call and explain, they give me an appointment but with one day remaining for the appointmentthey call me and say very b... read more
