RE Mentor does a great job selling the dream, they make real estate investing sound incredibly achievable, and their marketing is persuasive. Unfortunately, once you’re in, the experience doesn’t live up to the hype. They rope you into buying a conference ticket by making it sound like events are frequent and accessible. The training went through the complete underwriting process with plenty of time for each section and allowed for Q&A. The instructors were very knowledgeable and made sure all questions were answered before moving on. I highly recommend this training for anyone wanting to learn the underwriting process.
