Ran me around,no way would I list with them,refuse to write an offer om a property,by vaguely saying the offers to low! All offers must be presented to the vendor or trustees,as per the Canadian real estate act! Not doing so is a violation and unfair business practices as well as denying the vendors the verbally presented offers!
