After we closed and sign all the paper work we are told we have a temporary occupancy permit by the sellers agent and have 30 days to get undisclosed items that we have to have fixed to get an occupancy permit . Our buying agent from this company even had us sign papers after final walk through stating we are excepting the property as is and did not disclose we had to do more work to get one .
