I truly do not know how Rebecca has gotten so many good reviews. I started renting from her in 2024 and every time we spoke, she was rude, brusque, and has zero respect to anyone renting from her. She has a monopoly on a small town and uses it to her advantage. Early in my lease period, I tried to add someone on my lease, which she then said I already had someone moving in. Couldn't have asked for a better buyers agent in the purchase of my first home! Rebecca was great to work with starting with my initial phone call, meeting her for the first time, conducting a market analysis to determine pricing, handling offer(s), negotiating a contract, dealing with any inspection issues and then closing.
