Various issues experienced during my purchase of a property for which 2 Remax agents were the listing salespersons. Issue 1: various scratches on the hardwood flooring of the house were hidden under rugs and furniture, only to find them when the staging was removed after the offer was accepted and we went to the property afterwards for another visit.
