I was enquiring for property value over the call then rick came to my home. He forced me for agreement i denied to sign the contract. Now its more then 2 months he is harassing me to call again and again and emails. I just block his number, This type of behaviour is never acceptable.

Mr Rick never listen to you. He lied you for the mortgage, promise me to close the property with 5-10% downpayment and end up 20% down with the difference of 85k appraisal value. He made my life hell for the 15-20 days and nights. Very unprofessional and unethical....choose this person if you want to create stress in your life.
