Working with Phil has been a great experience. We have been working with Phil looking for a rural property from Niagara to Puslinch to Amaranth. He covers a large area and is very knowledgeable. Phil has the talent to dig and ask the right questions and finds out many things about the property that most real estate agents don’t do.
