Re/Max Realty stole our money! Oh it was "Lawful Theft" buried in attorney legalese. But theft it is. If they will do this to me they will do it to you. If you have other options I advise you seek another firm. If you have no other options hire an attorney to protect yourself! They were all smiles & handshakes when a commission check was in their future. They ripped us off! Given the chance they will do the same to you.
