I have checked a house yeaterday with Al Sim and during the conversation I told him that our badjet is $560k, but the house we saw worth more and we were ready to go more and get a mortgage with no problem, Al Sim for some reason didn't even let us put an offer and came back to us the next day saying they have accepted another offer, where I may go higher on it, this is totally not acceptable and instead of him doing the right thing, I am guessing he just sold the house to his favorite person with his favorite price, never t... read more

Nope, nope and nope. This Tim fella has some great reviews! Unfortunately I didn't have him as a realtor, unhelpful, disengaged, absolutely uninterested in selling my home. Worse yet, the broker/manager that I reached out to twice was just as unhelpful. Consider really doing your homework before using Remax.
