Extremely disappointed with Remax Sandgate. Applied for a rental and their communication skills are non existent. Went to see a open home that I would not even allow homeless people to sleep in. Filthy.
We inspected a property to rent via this real estate. upon arriving the person was very rude and before entering the property we were asked a plethora of questions as if it was an application. This happened in front of other potential tenants and they were personal question and we all got the same treatment. Even on the way out we got asked our opinion in front of other potential tenants. Unless you have a million dollar house dont bother using this real estate company. They really don't care
We are currently in the process of purchasing our home and since day one when we went to the first open home Tamara was very much friendly and helpful. She answered all questions we had and the ones she didn’t know she made sure to confirm with the current owners and got back to us in no time.
