My husband and I have been trying to get ahold of Joe for a little over a week. We are moving to the area and looking to buy land or a home. We initially inquired about a home he had listed that had an offer accepted, but it took us days to get that information from him. He never once returned our calls. I am very disappointed. The Listing agent also represented a potential buyer. She referred her colleague, Veronica McDonald, to us to represent us as the buyer’s representative. Today we were told that “looks like we have a deal” but the seller wanted a closing date of 8/29. There was nothing in the Purchase Contract about Seller wanting a 8/29 closing date. This company is terrible. Stay away from Laura and Veronica. Laura was the selling agent and Veronica was representing my elderly grandma. They told my grandma that they accepting the offer and then kept trying to change everything. We agreed to all their new terms and I'm a matter of 2 mins they moved on to another buyer.
