Hey the guy jeff was a lair he told he the price of the loan was a different price. Then when it came time to close I had no idea it would be so much.. why not tell these ppl this before its time to close. After closing I never heard anything from him or the agent that I was working with to see how things was going or to explain the loan. I would never use to loan company again.
Christy Roth was absolutely incredible throughout my home buying experience! She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. Her communication was consistent, clear, and timely, which made the entire process so much less stressful. Christy genuinely cares about her clients, she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel seamless and positive!
We called Mrs.Christy Roth one year ago to look at a house at the Colony @ Forest Lake in, Florence, SC. She was so pleasant and helpful, willing to satisfy our house hunting needs. After one tour of the house, we knew that this was the house and land we were searching for. We closed on the house within a few weeks. I would recommend Mrs. Christy to anyone searching for a home. She is awesome. - The Turner Family
