Avoid renting these properties – -They have terrible repair service. It takes them forever to schedule an appointment and repair, if they come out at all. -When you move out, they will take more than half of your deposit for cleaning. -The inspector is very rude and deceitful. -We moved out early and cancelled the electric and water, but when they restarted service for the time the apt was vacant, they charged us for the utility bill. -They require "professional" cleaning, but we receive an invoice from probably one of their... read more
BAD CHOICE!! Must Read! – Remax Premier Properties McPherson Church Rd. This place is a NIGHTMARE!!! We rented a home from them, thought it was nice, needed a few things done to the home and was promised that the repairers would get done. NOT TRUE! The "inspector" comes out with you to take pictures of what the home looks like before you move in. Renters Beware – Worst renting experience ever! This company does anything to cut corners and not make needed repairs. The only thing they care about is filling houses and collecting money. And good luck getting any deposit money back even when you do everything they require. Property management department and owner rude and unprofessional.
Renters Nightmare – Horrible experience! Would never advise anyone to work through this company. Broke lease due to military, and she was horrible. Told us we were going to have to pay for 6 months of rent. Had to pay out of pocket for repairs, they said they would handle. She was rude and never truthful. BEWARE if renting from her. Other remax's in the area are wonderful.
