The rental property management division of this RE/MAX has taken money out of a private bank account after the tenancy was completed. Now they say their hands are tied and there is no recourse. Oops my bad. $2800 stolen from the couples’ account on Thursday. The agent laughed like it was joke. James Duri will ignore every email until you CC Re/max inquiring why you have not received a response from James on serious matters. Every issue emailed their excuse is "it ended up in our JUNK bin." Very unprofessional. Watch out they will keep your damage deposit anyway possible even when you get a professional clean moving out. Only positive comment on his page is from Nikki Morris which is hilarious because she works for James and the RE/MAX team. Highly recommend looking for rental elsewhere.
