James Duri at RE/MAX Penticton Realty is a professional property manager who's quick to deal with any issues that arise and easy to get ahold of. Would highly recommend. He made our stressful moving process very breezy.
This reality group demolished a beautiful, historical home to build an artless fishbowl in a residential neighborhood worthy of upkeep and revitalization. They were culturally and esthetically destructive in what they took from our town and emotionally polluting in what they replaced it with. I don't consider this a very good CV for community building or helping people find a home, unless of course, you like fishbowls.
The rental property management division of this RE/MAX has taken money out of a private bank account after the tenancy was completed. Now they say their hands are tied and there is no recourse. Oops my bad. $2800 stolen from the couples’ account on Thursday. The agent laughed like it was joke. The account has been frozen by the bank so they won’t be able to accept debit or credit at their shop for ???? James Duri will ignore every email until you CC Re/max inquiring why you have not received a response from James on serious matters. Every issue emailed their excuse is "it ended up in our JUNK bin." Very unprofessional. Watch out they will keep your damage deposit anyway possible even when you get a professional clean moving out. Only positive comment on his page is from Nikki Morris which is hilarious because she works for James and the RE/MAX team. Highly recommend looking for rental elsewhere.
