The listing for the property we bought was filled with outright lies. Yes, we are suing. Don't make the same mistake we did. Avoid if at all possible, or be very cautious. Also, they recommended a totally incompetent house inspector. Cost us thousands.
Alexandra Stokal is the Best!!! She sold our house in 30 days and for even more than we expected, answered questions promptly (and my husband had a lot) she was there for us and looked out for our best interests She is top notch Why would you go anywhere else??
