We stayed at a property in mid April managed by Bolivar Escapes. They were wonderful to work with during the booking; however, that quickly changed when we reached out regarding an old rusty garage door broken and lying on the ground upon arrival. As soon as we opened the front door, the home smelled very musty. We soon discovered mold on numerous air conditioning ceiling vents, baseboards and a bathroom wall. We stayed at One more day for Thanksgiving. When we arrived none of the beds had sheets and we did not have any towels. Also all the remotes needed new batteries. We have stayed at several rentals before so this is a first for us to come across this issue. The house is very comfortable but there aren’t any extra blankets so if you get cold bring extra. Don't trust their website to give you anywhere near accurate pricing. Just be honest about how much you charge. Dramatic difference from the description to the checkout. When is it actually $85 /nt? Don't give me seasonal pricing/surge pricing. From $85 is just a flat out lie if it goes all the way up to $587.40 plus tax.
