Don't trust their website to give you anywhere near accurate pricing. Just be honest about how much you charge. Dramatic difference from the description to the checkout. When is it actually $85 /nt? Don't give me seasonal pricing/surge pricing. From $85 is just a flat out lie if it goes all the way up to $587.40 plus tax.

We had a great expereince booking with Bolivar Escapes & really enjoyed our stay at the Coco Beach home. House was beyond clean, spacious with a perfect 2nd row location with a clear view of the water. Will book through them again without hesitation! We had zero issues except for responsiveness with one minor hiccup - we did not have our free Margartitaville passes in our rental. Bolivar Escapes made our impromptu beach getaway so easy! We made awesome memories at a beautiful vacation rental. The whole experience was wonderful - hours on the deck hearing the soothing surf, feeling the relaxing breeze and and watching the amazing coastal birds; plus, the beach was only a short walk away.
