After reaching out to a few Real Estate Agents in Golden I was most impressed with Rob Davies. From day one he was interested in working with us to prepare our home to sell, as well as be on the hunt for a house to buy. We first had Rob come out to our home last fall to get a rough idea of price point he thought we could get, as well as what upgrades he thought would be most impactful to our sale. In April 2022 my husband and I walked into your office interested in buying a house in Golden, we left our contact information and until today (December 2023) we haven’t gotten any response. We just bought a house in Invermere so thanks for nothing. For everyone else: I strongly recommend RE/MAX Invermere.
We had been originally working with Eddie Leigan, who always made sure to check in every few weeks, and let us know when something we might be interested in would hit the market. He was also very knowledgeable of the area we were most interested in (south of Golden). When we decided to make an offer on a property that he had listed, we then worked with Rob Davies who was incredibly communicative and made the purchase process so much easier (especially arranging all the necessary inspections for us).
