I've dealt with a stack of agents from many different real estates over the past month. David is hands down the standout for me, his communication, kindness and attitude toward the client is absolutely unmatched. We relocated from NSW to QLD into a rental property with Dave as the property manager. Dave is by far the most attentive and supportive property manager we have had. If we have ever raised an issue, Dave has not only provided assistance so promptly, but has gone above and beyond to follow up/check in with us afterwards.
