If you want to be treated like garbage, have your real estate agent miss viewings, get your MLS listing wrong over and over and over and hound him to fix it and when you try and drop them as an agent they blame you and try and bully you into giving them money for nothing! Ryan and remax is definitely the place you want to be! What an absolute horror. I wish I could give no stars. Save yourself the aggravation and condescending worthless talk and go somewhere else
Kim Robinson is the most dishonest realtor I've ever met. She will tell you anything to convince you to buy a home she is showing - even if her actions are blatantly against REBBA (Real Estate and Business Brokers Act) regulations and code of ethics. Confirm everything she tells you about a home she is showing you. Conduct all communications with her in writing. Or better yet, don't do business with her.
