I've had multiple conversations with Elle Powell regarding a property line encroachment with a listing at the bottom of my property. Each time, Elle has been combative, dismissive, and condescending to me and my family. During our initial conversation she even said "who cares? That's in the past, live in the now." I would not recommend working with her for real estate services.
Had worked with a realtors by the name of Lorna in the past. She was a awesom lady to work with... Absolutely recommend folks to utilize proper real-estate agents. Especially these days. Since several of these house flipping places are turning into scams.. Was working with her over in Rocky Point/Klamath Falls area.
