I had an extremely distressing experience with RE/MAX Ignite, particularly Roxanne Workman and property managers Jess and Kayla. Communication was consistently dismissive and misleading. Had a pretty awful experience with Remax ignite. Signed on a 6 month lease. Move in was delayed by 10 days. They assured us it was to make the place completely ready for us. Only for it to be not cleaned properly, still be full of the owner/previous tenants stuff left in the cupboards, a dirty couch left covered in cat hair and falling apart, cat hair in the carpet, lights and fans not working properly (during summer), garbage disposal broken and blocked (we had putrid water in the sink for a week), microwave included broken... read more

Roxanne and her team have been absolutely incredible to have as a property manager. They consistently go above and beyond to take care of any issues. Communication has been excellent - always clear, timely, and proactive, which has made my entire rental experience with them stress-free.
