Our experience with Roxanne Workman and Rebecca Bezuidenhout from RE/MAX Profile Real Estate and RE/MAX Ignite was appalling from start to finish. When they took over management of our rental, we were constantly spammed with emails about other properties we had no interest in. They were unprofessional, dismissive, and frequently ignored our emails — yet somehow expected immediate responses from us, even when they sent rude and demanding messages late on Friday nights. We had a great experience with Adam and Roxanne Workman. Their honesty, integrity and willingness to listen put us at ease.
Terrible experience. I would not recommend renting through this agency. I have been a renter for five years and have never had any issues—until now. There was a lack of communication throughout the tenancy from our property manager. We had multiple concerns about the rental property, and it often took days to a week to get anything resolved, with no compensation for the poor living conditions.
