The worst rental agent we never had. The experience with this rental team has been incredibly disappointing. We bought a property that was managed by them and tried to continue the tenancy through to the end of the lease. They didn’t return phone calls or emails, important details were repeatedly incorrect, and communication was almost impossible. We’ve been tenants with Remax Ignite for nearly a year, and I’ve found Roxanne and the team to be an absolute pleasure to deal with. Any maintenance issues are handled promptly, and their communication is always excellent. After the recent storm, we had quite a few issues at the property — they had three out of four fixed within a day, and the remaining one will be completed within two days! I would highly recommend Remax Ignite to any potential tenants. They truly look after both their tenants and their properties.

I had an extremely distressing experience with RE/MAX Ignite, particularly Roxanne Workman and property managers Jess and Kayla. Communication was consistently dismissive and misleading. At the end of my tenancy, they recently attempted to charge me amounts I did not legally owe, despite my clear evidence and proper procedures, forcing me to escalate matters myself.
