Very Untrustworthy – Stay Away My experience with Realtor Manav Saini was extremely disappointing. He made repeated promises of cashback to gain trust, refused to provide anything in writing, and completely backed out once the deal was closed. This felt dishonest and misleading, especially as a first-time buyer. Do not rely on verbal commitments, and be very careful before working with him.
Very disappointing experience. As a first-time home buyer, I trusted my realtor, Manav Saini, based on repeated promises of a cashback, which was discussed multiple times during the buying process and influenced my decision to work with him.
