Liars. Don’t trust them. I pointed out that they are falsely advertising private beach access in two of their listings (the properties are NOT deeded to the access points they have photos of). Spoke to the agent Karen Matz, a broker Linda Barber and eventually the owner Ralph Poole. They took no action. I have been forced to lodge a complaint with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). Wouldn’t trust these people with anything as important as real estate.
Very rude and condescending
Service was great. But you would think after 5 homes sold I would have been given a deal on realtor fees. My lawyer said I should have pushed for a better rate.
I called Troy Ellis/Kevin Ellis and within 10 days my house was sold. With a $40k above my asking price. I am relieved with the quick sale. Troy explained the details the way he sees the market at the present time. Very happy to have called this team, "Ellis."
