I rarely give a 5/5 rating, however the care and professionalism of the staff, particularly Daniel and Monja, was absolutely outstanding. I can't rate them highly enough. I can assure anyone who needs a caring and professional group of people to deal with, then Remax at Lakes Entrance will certainly not disappoint you. Amazing staff! I was pre-approved for a property and they were able to organise a virtual walk through. The girls were amazing and Ava was super informative and helpful. Even when I informed them I have been offered a closer property and would take that instead they were understanding, kind and professional. Highly recommend if your looking for a rental property!

My experience with the team in the rental department wwas great and very positive. They were very friendly and helpful, even when I applied for a property and was initially excepted and later fell through because the owner had a change of mind, they continued to help me and even called me about another property they had on the books. I highly recommend them they were very kind to me, and I received good old fashioned human service, which is very nice to see these days.
