We HIGHLY recommend Abby Koehler to anyone looking for a realtor! We gave her very little direction, other than our desire to downsize and live in Tempe. She gathered our needs, then found the perfect area and neighborhood. As soon as a listing came up, she pounced on it. We later found out that the seller's realtor said it was Abby's clear communication and timely responses that secured our offer over two others that were almost identical. Without a doubt, Abby was the reason we got our beautiful home.
